"Fair deductible, no weird fees"
I was a little worried the deductible was going to be a hassle, but it ended up being exactly what I saw, when I bought the plan.
No random surprise fees showed up during the claim, either, and the total cost still made way more sense than paying to fix my phone on my own.
For once, a warranty didn’t feel like some kind of trap, which was nice. The whole thing was smooth, and I’d use SquareTrade again.

"Super easy to file online"
I filed my claim on squaretrade.com. painless. I was expecting some long annoying process, maybe a phone call, maybe a bunch of confusing pages. But no. The steps were clear, I uploaded my info, clicked through everything, and that was basically it. No weird errors either, which was a relief. Got it done way faster than I thought I would. Definitely one of the easier warranty claims I’ve handled online

I canceled my plan because I’m trying to watch my spending, and the whole process was surprisingly simple. No back-and-forth or hassle, and the refund showed up quickly. Definitely appreciated that.

I felt trapped at first, like I was going to be stuck waiting forever for my claim to go through. But it ended up being approved quickly. There was a small wait, but nothing too bad overall.

My tablet screen got cracked, which was annoying, so I went on SquareTrade and filed the claim. It was actually not hard like I was kind of expecting, I just uploaded the stuff they asked for and they sent me the shipping info the same day.
The repair didn’t end up working, or whatever the issue was, so they replaced it instead. Whole thing took around a week, which was okay with me. Support got back to me fast when I had a question, so yeah, it went smoother than I thought it would.

I picked up a SquareTrade plan for my new TV, i was happy with the price. The store’s protection plan felt way more expensive, so it was nice to find something that didn’t make me feel like I was paying for the TV all over again.
For what it costs, it gives me a solid bit of peace of mind, and the terms were simple enough to follow. I haven’t had to use it for anything major, thankfully, but so far I feel really good about the value!
